Throughout Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are only provided in English, which means English shall prevail in any dispute regarding language issues. In these Terms, references to “we” or “us” are to Stereogate which is part of PITCCH LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom (with business registration number/ID 12218054) whose registered address is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
The Stereogate website enables participant to book a livestream, with 30 minutes Question and Answer allowed for participants.
“Registered Users” are those users who have registered, and paid, for the Music Production Livestreams Service via the Registration Pages. Registered Users are authorized to access and participate in the Music Production Livestreams Service for which they have specifically registered and paid for. Registered Users may not share access information. Additionally, Registered Users may not rebroadcast Materials via recording or sharing tools. Stereogate’s Service platform uses digital rights management tools to trace this activity. Those caught violating this policy are subject to possible prosecution due to damages to the company and/or removal from website services. By providing us your email address “you” consent to our using the email address to send “you” Service-related notices, including any notices required by law.
By using and registering on the website for our Music Production Livestreams Service, you agree that Stereogate will provide online live streaming service via the zoom app.
You undertake to us that all information provided by you in relation to your access Zoom meeting ID is and will continue to be accurate, current and complete at all times and that you will provide correct personal information during time of registration. Lying or completing fraudulent information can result in termination of that user service and account to Stereogate
You also agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and non-misleading.
By registering with us for an access invite, you agree that you:
Are, and will continue to be, registered for the Website only once and will not set up multiple access invite;
Will not let anyone else use your access Zoom meeting ID;
Keep your access credentials safe
Will not hold us responsible to any illegal access to your meeting portal for it is your responsibility to keep your meeting portal and code/password safe.
You will report any unauthorized use of your meeting credentials
In connection with any and all services offered by Stereogate that you decide to purchase you must provide Stereogate with a current, valid, accepted billing information. All purchases are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions, including any fees, imposed by your financial services provider and/or mobile carrier, as applicable.
By using this Website and the Online Content and Music Production Livestreams Service materials, you confirm that you have read, agree and are in compliance with these Terms and the Policies (each as amended from time to time). Use of the Website and access to its Contents by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Website and access the Contents only for lawful purposes and your use of the Website and Contents is in no way unlawful or fraudulent;
You agree not to use or access the Website or the Contents for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;

You agree not to use any high volume, automated, or electronic means to access the Website or the Contents (including without limitation robots, spiders or D:DOS);
You agree not to frame the Website or the Contents, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages;
You agree not to access or attempt to access any other Visitor or User’s account or falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
You agree not to force headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Website; and
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Website and Contents which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that we may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Website, Contents (or any part of the Contents) to you or to Users generally for whatever reason, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences of that breach (including, but not limited to, any loss or damage which we or any third party may suffer).
The Site, Tools and Services all are subject to change from time to time, in our sole discretion. We have no obligation to update, correct, maintain, or continue to provide any aspect of the Site, Tools or Service.
Throughout your use of the website and Stereogate Contents, you may be able to provide content to the Website by uploading notes and replies, User discussions, profile pages, other content and media for social interaction, and written assignments, surveys, questions, hypothetical, examples, etc. (collectively, “User Content”).
We do not claim ownership of any User Content you may submit or make available for inclusion on the website or Stereogate Contents. Accordingly, subject to the licence granted to us and any applicable affiliates, the User will be the sole and exclusive owner of any and all rights, title and interest in and to the User Content.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT AND THAT ANY CONTENT YOU SUBMIT MAY BE VIEWED BY STEREOGATE, STEREOGATE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND OTHER ATTENDEES OF THE SERVICE PROGRAM
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a fully revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable limited right and license:
to access, internally use and display the website and Stereogate Contents as an individual only at your location solely as necessary to browse and/or participate in the Music Production Livestreams Service provided by Stereogate
You must abide by all copyright notices or restrictions contained on the Website or Stereogate Contents. You may not delete any attributions, legal or proprietary notices on the Website or Stereogate Contents.
Users are not allowed to download any of our material, unless otherwise stated.
Anyone found guilty of this will have his account and services cancelled and also will be reported to the appropriate authority.
It is our policy that any content included on the Website or within Stereogate Contents that infringes, or is likely to infringe, the intellectual property rights of any third party will be removed from the Website as soon as possible after we are made aware of such infringement or potential infringement.

We will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content. When you notify us in accordance with Copyright Notice terms, your written Copyright Infringement Notice must contain the following:
statement telling us you believe that you have found content on the Website which you believe infringes your intellectual property rights;
which country your intellectual property rights apply to;
the title of the content concerned and the full URL for access to that content;
Statement explaining how the content infringes your intellectual property rights;
Your mailing address, telephone number and email address so that we can contact you;

We will, act in our sole discretion, terminate User Accounts and access to the Website in the first instance of any infringement, there won’t be any warnings. Zero-tolerance policy (regardless of whether the User has taken appropriate action as we may (direct).

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, then you may also have the right to cancel your Subscription without giving any reason, and ask for a refund within 24 hours of purchasing such Subscription. However, as explained below, this right is lost as soon as you download, stream, access or use any of the Service Content, or use any of the Services.
To cancel your purchase in accordance with this section, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within 24 hours of making your purchasing. You can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@stereogate.com. Please make sure that you include the details of your purchase so that we can identify it.
If you validly cancel your purchase in accordance with this section, we will refund the price you paid (if any). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the purchase.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You acknowledge that by receiving or accessing the Services during this period, you will lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase. These rights of withdrawal do not affect your legal rights
At Stereogate we do not offer refunds except as described in the Right to cancellation section. We will not refund any fees paid to us, including any advance charge(s) or payment(s) for any subscription term for the Services, unless otherwise required by law or the terms of this Agreement.
You must not upload or share any User content which, in Stereogate’s reasonable opinion:
Is patently offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
Exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
Contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
Solicits personal information;
Contains information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
Constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
Constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
Involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
Contains restricted or password-only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
Involves any form of user tracking, commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from Stereogate such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; or
Breaches the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
You are not allowed to record the live stream session because the live session media is the property of Stereogate
You further agree not to undertake any of the following activities on the Services:
Criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
Advertising to, or solicitation of, any user, without the written consent of Stereogate to buy or sell any products or services through the unauthorized or impermissible use of the Services;
Circumventing or modifying, attempting to circumvent or modify, or encouraging or assisting any other person in circumventing or modifying any security technology or software that is part of the Services;
Activity that involves the use of viruses, bots, worms, or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of or access to a computer or a computer network;
Covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on any page on the Services via HTML/CSS or any other means;
Any automated use of the system, such as, but not limited to, using scripts to submit information or send comments or messages;
Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services;
Impersonating or attempting to impersonate another user, person or entity;

Stereogate provides it Service and any information to the highest standard in the music industry. Neither it nor its course leaders accept any liability for inaccuracies or misleading information provided in any course materials or the reliance on it by any person. Stereogate accepts no liability for any loss of corruption of data by an attendee of any course materials. Except to the extent they are expressly set out in these terms and conditions, no conditions, warranties or other terms shall apply to the Service or any information supplied by Stereogate.
The material on this website or Mobile App sites is intended for use as a personal development resource. It is not a substitute for your own clinical judgement as a professional.
Stereogate does not make any guarantees that its Service will guarantee success in any examination or other test of any nature.
All Intellectual Property Rights in any information or Service materials supplied by Stereogate (not limited to Music Production Livestreams Service and recorded video materials, Stereogate’s Mobile App sites) are, and remain, the intellectual property of Stereogate, whether adapted, written for or customized for an individual taking a Service or not.

Breach of any intellectual property rights shall allow Stereogate to terminate these terms and conditions, and commence any legal action as it deems necessary. Stereogate also has the right to disclose any user identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to the Stereogate website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
Any request for permission to use our content or images, or other use of our intellectual property not authorised under a subscription, should be made by emailing us at info@stereogate.com. With the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered by data protection, any material you send or post to Stereogate shall be considered nonproprietary and non-confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.
You indemnify and keep us fully indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities, loss, damages or other monetary relief brought, made or awarded against or incurred by us resulting (directly or indirectly) from:
You submitting user Content to the Website or participating in the Music Production Livestreams Service
Your access to or use of the Website or Stereogate Services;
Your breach of any of these Terms; and
Any negligent act or omission, deliberate default or breach of statutory duty on your part.

Any digital products available for streaming or download on the website, remains the property of Stereogate and participant are not allowed to re-sell it, share it or otherwise display as their own. The materials, contents, video, voice recording worksheets available on the website and service are only for personal and professional use.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you are entitled to as a consumer. The Website and Stereogate Services are provided to you “as is” and we make no warranty or representation to you with respect to them. We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss, or any other losses, howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with these Terms. We provide Stereogate Services on the Website in good faith but give no warranty or representation that Stereogate Services are accurate, complete or up-to-date or that they will meet your requirements, nor that the Website does not infringe the rights of any third party. We accept no responsibility or liability for your use of Stereogate Services on the Website and your use is entirely at your own risk. While we take reasonable precautions to prevent the existence of computer viruses and/or other malicious programs on the Website, we accept no liability for them. We do not warrant that defects in the Website or Stereogate Services will be corrected. Information transmitted via this Website will pass over public telecommunications networks. If we reasonably believe you or any Trainee you are connected with are in breach of any of these Terms;
In order to prevent any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity; or
If it is necessary to prevent or stop any harm or damage to us, other Trainees of the Website or the general public
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Stereogate respects the privacy of children and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This Children’s Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 18. This Site does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 18 without prior parental consent, or do we provide Music Production Livestreams Service to children under 18 years of age except as permitted by COPPA. However we may provide our service to children under 18 years of age but in supervision of a parental guardian.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the user and Stereogate and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (written or oral).
